A disaster of ornaments on my floor Christmas.
Thanksgiving night brought our Christmas tree. And our silly Nevada holiday, AKA Black Friday, AKA Friends and Family Day AKA Mama doesn’t have to go to work without taking a vacation day HOLLA, brought all the ornaments out to decorate the tree.
We cringed a bit about starting. So we put it off until night time. Maybe the Elf on the Shelf busted out of his box early, because the boys didn’t yell or fight.
It was a quiet and fun time. The boys decorated each branch with 5 ornaments each and then went onto the next. Daddy came around to even it out.
Merry December. It may be a long month if they don’t understand this whole Elf on a Shelf thing I am bringing out tonight.
