I just got back from our annual Girls Weekend in Tahoe. Michelle Wing’s family is always so gracious enough to let us use their Northstar cabin every year. This was our first year with babies there. Last year we were all newly pregnant, and the year before we were out drinking at the Bar of America in Truckee! These weekends sure have changed over the years! We had 4 infants (three 5 month olds and a 4 month old) and a 1 year old there. We spent the days taking the babies up the gondola to the top of the mountain, to the swimming pool and to just hang out at the Northstar Village while we had coffee and talked. It was such a great time but we were all so tired! Jared did very well, but he did miss his Daddy VERY MUCH. He was so excited to see him when we got home, that when Scotty left to go deliver pizzas, J got so upset until he came back home again. We are spending today trying to recover and get Jared back on his schedule. He’s a hot mess right now.
