Practice Baby

I am working with Jared to be “gentle” so when his baby brother comes, he won’t poke his eyes out.  We brought out the pack and play and the baby swing so Jared could get used to it and get all his touches done with before brother uses them.  Jared wanted so badly to climb in the swing, and I would have let him sit in it, if the instructions would have told me what the weight limit was.  But since it didn’t, only Bunny got to play. “Look Mama, I’m being gentle…see?”

“Maybe I will just hide behind the swing, that way Mama won’t know where I am.”

“I didn’t swing Bunny too hard….he’s still alive!”

“You can’t be mad at a face like this!”
