90 Years!

This past Saturday, our family celebrated Grandma Thelma’s 90th birthday with a huge celebration of all her friends and family.  The boys and I spent the day in the hot Davis sun, and had such a wonderful time visiting with all our relatives that we never get to see.  My brother and his girlfriend even got to meet Jakey for the first time!  They had a blast with both boys and took them off my hands for a few hours.  It was heaven for me!  I had a glass of wine and sat and chatted with my mom the whole time. 

Anthony holding Jakey for the first time.  We had to make sure he was fully covered so no spit up would get on him.  You wouldn’t believe the fake gagging my brother would do if he got a look at any spit up. So dramatic.

My mom had the best time making Jakey laugh.  So much easier in person than trying to do it on Skype.

Seriously, this picture was right before Jakey pooped all over my mom’s lap.  Seriously.  Not a drop of poop on his onesie either.

He even made sure there was a spot for his sippy cup.  Must take care of the juice first and foremost!

We had such a great time visiting family.  It was such a great day and I am so glad we were all there to help celebrate 90 years of a wonderful life for Grandma Thelma.
